Victoria founded Treva International in 2021 to help companies protect their people, technology, and intellectual property from fraud, cyber threats, and state-sponsored activity. A former award-winning U.S. diplomat and founder of four businesses, she brings more than 20 years of experience across national security, China, and emerging technology.
She combines investigative research, creative uses of data, and geopolitical expertise grounded in lived experience to help leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

Ryna Hok is a former diplomat and intelligence officer with 16 years of experience in intelligence operations, specializing in Russia and European Affairs. She later transitioned to the private sector, helping establish a technology advisory firm before joining Palantir, where she held leadership roles spanning legal operations, compliance, insider risk, and threat intelligence.
She combines intelligence tradecraft, investigative research, and operational expertise to help organizations navigate complex risks, protect critical assets, and build effective strategies. Her experience in national security and emerging technologies enables her to translate complex intelligence into practical insights and actionable solutions for business leaders.
Ryna holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. She is fluent in Khmer and French and proficient in Russian.
